Day three and still going strong!! Had mv with strawberries for breakfast, an apple and some sprouts for a snack, and for a late lunch Steph and I had oats with freshly made almond milk and strawberries yum, yum!! Steph had a piece of toast and watermelon for breakfast. for a snack she had an apple, wheatberry sprouts. I made Steve his green smoothie this morning! spinich, fresh oj, banana, mango, and strawberries.
