Today Steph went back to school after a great Christmas break! For lunch she wanted fresh fruit, and wheat berry sprouts!! So I prepared her lunch this morning. For Breakfast she had rolled oats with almond milk and fresh strawberries! I had MV plain, and I made Steve a green smoothie. For lunch I had an MV with banana. Steve was working but he stopped and had a salad. 
I had soaked nuts for a snack. 
For dinner I had melon and pineapple, two bowels. Steve had cucumbers and avocodo. Steph had spinich. For a sweet I had a few dates.

Day three and still going strong!! Had mv with strawberries for breakfast, an apple and some sprouts for a snack, and for a late lunch Steph and I had oats with freshly made almond milk and strawberries yum, yum!! Steph had a piece of toast and watermelon for breakfast. for a snack she had an apple, wheatberry sprouts. I made Steve his green smoothie this morning! spinich, fresh oj, banana, mango, and strawberries.
For dinner we are having an amazing salad!!

Was in the kitchen all evening cleaning and putting away all our yummy foods! It was about 8
 o clock and Stephanie was hungry again, so I made this great plate of veggies from roman lettuce , fresh beets cucumbers mushrooms radishes and a lot of other great veggies, a little sea salt and fresh lemon juice!! Steve , Steph and I LOVED it! It was so tasty and it was all fresh!! 
I have noticed that Steph has been eating a lot more through out the day, she seems to always be very hungry but she is eating great stuff instead of junk. She just had sliced apples, and now she is off to bed.
Okay just got home with all the yummy stuff I bought. Now I need to clean it and put it all away. So for dinner tonight it will be easy!! Melons of their choice and some cucumbers and other yummy stuff so I can get to work.
I plan on having the menu all set by tomorrow for the whole week. I will post when finished. Once this is all done it will be so much easier!
We started off our Saturday morning with smoothies. Stephanie and I had Mv with strawberries, blueberries, and a banana. Steve had a orange, mango, banana , strawberry, blueberry, avacodo smoothie. very yummy!:)
For a snack Steph had watermelon, Steve had cucumbers and almond butter!(as close as he will get to a peanut butter and pickle sandwich)! I had a few dates and nuts. I will have an orange for lunch. 
Sent Steve off to work with raw nuts. Steph had an apple with almond butter.

January 1, 2010
Well today we started the new year off by doing a RAW foods only, we are at day one! We had a great day.I had my shake this morning, with strawberries and a banana. For lunch I had a salad with no dressing, for a  snack I had dates, I love dates!! and some almonds. For dinner I had a salad. I am now going to prepare all the yummy fruits and veggies so they will be ready for us when we need a little something!
